I have been working on a project with a company located in Australia. The company has responsibility for the Pacific Rim business and I have been a consultant, working to help them establish virtual extreme programming teams. These teams program in pairs -- virtually. I see that many of your contributors are large organizations, such as Microsoft. Would an individual, such as myself, also be considered?
The company with which I have been working wants me to write up our work of the last several years, the research methodology, and the metrics used. It is a good study. However, the company does not want their name to be publicized. Would that stop our ability to get this published?
While the goal of our project was to establish effective virtual extreme programming teams, this is not a technical article about programming. The focus is on people and how we made it work.
I look forward to your response.

How soon can one expect a manuscript to be published following submission? Is this a peer-reviewed journal?
Thanks for your response.
