Hello and thanks for your interest in Employment Relations Today (ERT)! ERT is a quarterly business journal dedicated to the human resources professional who must anticipate and meet the critical business and regulatory challenges posed by a fast-changing global economy and diverse workforce. ERT, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., publishes original articles that include a wide range of HR-related topics--from leadership and management best practices to employee engagement and productivity to HR analytics. All articles are reviewed for their quality and fit for the journal’s targeted audience, i.e., primarily upper-level HR practitioners. We try to provide a real-life approach to solving problems or addressing issues that are common to HR managers of most organizations. An important aspect of this is to offer detailed examples or case studies that show the approaches used by specific companies. We are also interested in submissions from those who may be involved in surveys and research directly related workplace issues and that may offer new approaches or ideas for improving, for example, hiring and retention, engagement, and job performance. Likewise, anyone who is interested in being considered for ERT’s editorial advisory board is encouraged to reach out to us as well.
