Welcome to the University of Phoenix’s Virtual Publisher’s Trade Show! Thank you for your interest in the Journal of Experiential Education, the official journal of the Association for Experiential Education. JEE is a peer reviewed journal that covers a broad range of topics in experiential education. JEE looked to bring together both researcher and practitioners in order to represent its broad audience of reader from all across the experiential education community. Articles range in subject matter from outdoor adventure programs to service learning to therapeutic practices to creative arts. We are always looking for new submissions! If you’re thinking about submitting a paper, check out jee.sagepub.com for more information. And if you’re interested in JEE but don’t have a paper to submit, you can also consider serving as a reviewer for new JEE manuscripts.
Best regards,
Allison Leung Publishing Editor Allison.Leung@sagepub.com 805.410.7530

What about instructional design strategies? I have an idea started on a teaching strategy that is a type of exploratory/discovery process that works in the online and live classroom. Would this be of interest to JEE? I tried to look at the Sample Copy on the website, but got an error message.

A research paper on instructional design strategies would be of interest, but it would need to tie back into experiential education. I'm sorry the link didn't work for you! Try this one: jee.sagepub.com/content/36/1.toc and hopefully that will work for you.

I am interested in finding publishing opportunities for my doctoral students when they complete their dissertation and for myself. I have published in the past. I would be interested in serving as a reviewer.
Thanks,

Leach rgleach@email.phoenix.edu 815-751-1420 Hi Dr. Leach, Have your students check out the JEE manuscript submission guidelines here: www.sagepub.com/journals/Journal202222/manuscriptSubmission#tabview=manuscriptSubmission and they can review the sample issue and read through other articles to see if their dissertations can be transformed in a paper that fits in with JEE's scope. If your interested in becoming a reviewer, you can create an account at the JEE ScholarOne site here mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jexped. Make sure you include you research interests as keywords so the editors will know what types of manuscripts to consider you for.
