Hello, Emma. I am involved in a study that assesses the effectiveness of training Community Health Workers in a college credit earning program in the Tampa area of Florida. The CHWs work directly with migrant workers and turnkey information to them with regards to Maternal Health Care. I have been involved in the program (as the writer and instructor) since 2003 and have conducted two qualitative assessment to gather information regarding the efficacy of the program.
Would this be something your journal would be interested in?

I have developed a model for empowering bedside nurses whose patients must complete the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS)survey to assume the role transformational leadership. An article has already been published, but I would be willing to write another one. I would also be willing to review articles for HHCMP.
