Welcome to Performance Improvement Quarterly (PIQ) and thank you for attending the virtual trade show at the University of Phoenix.
PIQ is the peer-reviewed publication of The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), the premier professional association in the performance improvement field. PIQ, currently celebrating its 27th year of publication, was launched to stimulate the dissemination of research and evidenced-based practices in performance improvement, thereby contributing to the advancement of performance improvement as a discipline of study and a field of practice.
PIQ’s Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Ingrid Guerra-Lopez is seeking authors interested in submitting research manuscripts for review and publication. Appropriate topic areas include but are not limited to performance improvement methodologies and strategies, change creation and management, performance measurement (assessment, analysis, evaluation, and feedback), strategic alignment and sustainability, organizational design and development, , instructional systems design and architecture,and, and workplace learning.
